Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the original packaging

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at soulwrldllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items
